Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may return Opti Comfort Eyes within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@opticomforteyes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns made without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Opti Comfort Eyes must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.


Refund Exceptions

Certain situations may not be eligible for a refund, including:


  • Products returned after the specified return period.
  • Products not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse.
  • Products missing parts or accessories.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective Opti Comfort Eyes mask, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per the situation.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds may take some time to process and reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and financial institution.



While we prioritize product safety, we recommend consulting your ophthalmologist  before use. Any use outside of the recommended guidelines is not our responsibility.
