1.  Detach the shields before cleaning.
2. Gently hand-wash the mask with mild soap and cool or lukewarm water, then allow it to air-dry completely.
3. Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, a washing machine, a dryer, or high heat.
4. Wash the shields separately with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and air-dry.

3. Align each shield with the Velcro inside the mask. 
4. Press each shield securely into place.

 After positioning the shields, place the mask gently over your eyes and adjust the strap until it feels snug but not tight.

The shields should sit around the eye area without pressing directly against your eyelids. 

 The mask is designed to support comfortable sleeping positions, including side sleeping. However, fit and comfort vary from person to person.
